Neil De Bruce

Neil's father was Robert Bruce and his mother was Marjorie de Carrick. His paternal grandparents were Robert "the Competitor" Bruce and Isobel de Clare; his maternal grandparents were Earl Of Carrick Neal and Margaret Stewart. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Robert "the Bruce" I King of, Thomas, Alexander, Christian (Christina), Mary, Matilda, Margaret, Euphemia and Isabella. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Edward and Isabel. He died in Berwick.¹
