Florence Petty

Florence was born in March 1878 in Bradford, Yorkshire, England.¹ Florence's father was James Tomlin Petty and her mother was Eliza Firth. Her paternal grandparents were William Petty and Margaret Tomlin. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Herbert, James Luth, David Faith, William, Douglas, Sarah M, Eliza and Ida. She was the third oldest of the nine children.
