Otis Cleveland Powell

Otis was born in 1909.  Otis' father was John Newton Powell and his mother was Minnie Frances Mask (Powell). He had six brothers and a sister, named Curtis, Rufus, Marvin, Billy, Joe, Odell and Leveda.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 81 in 1990.
