Joe Powell

Joe was born in 1926.  Joe's father was John Newton Powell and his mother was Minnie Frances Mask (Powell). He had six brothers and a sister, named Otis, Curtis, Rufus, Marvin, Billy, Odell and Leveda.  He was the second youngest of the eight children.  He died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 91 in 2017.
