Billy Ray Powell

Billy was born in 1924.  Billy's father was John Newton Powell and his mother was Minnie Frances Mask (Powell). He had six brothers and a sister, named Otis, Curtis, Rufus, Marvin, Joe, Odell and Leveda.  He was the third youngest of the eight children.  He died from cancer, Throat/Lung, at the age of 67 in 1991.
