František Xaver was born on March 27th, 1866 in Koprzywnica.  František Xaver's father was Czeslaw Reisky z Dubnic and his mother was Eveline Laczynska.  His paternal grandfather was František Xaver Rajský z Dubnice. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Václav, Roman, Zdislav, Ludovika, Marie and Sylvie.  He was the youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 76 on November 28th, 1942 in Praha.
