Magdalena was born in 1607.  Magdalena's father was Jan XI. starší Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and her mother was Marie Anna Myšková ze Žlunic.  Her paternal grandparents were Jiøík starší "Václav" Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and Markéta Jestøibská z Riesenburka; her maternal grandparents are Oldøich Myška ze Žlunic and Johanka Rabenhauptová ze Suché. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Jan Jindøich, Jiøí Kryštof, Václav VIII., Vilém, Rudolf, Zikmund, Magdalena, Eufemie, Eliška and Markéta.  She died at the age of 17 on August 29th, 1624.  She was buried in Chvalkovice.
