Anna's father was Jiøík starší "Václav" Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and her mother was Markéta Jestøibská z Riesenburka.  Her paternal grandfather was Jan IX. Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and her paternal grandmother is Magdalena Chvalkovská z Hustíøan. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Jan XI. starší, Zikmund mladší, Mikuláš VIII., Zdenìk V., Bernard III., Hertvik starší, Hertvik mladší and Magdalena. She had a half-sister named Eliška.  She died in 1624.  She was buried in Chvalkovice.
