Paul was born on November 3rd, 1808 in Canino.  Paul's father was Lucien Bonaparte and his mother was Alexandrine Bleschamp.  His paternal grandparents were Carlo Maria Buonaparte and Maria Laetitia Ramolino; his maternal grandparents are Charles Bleschamp and Philiberte Bouvet. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Charles Lucien, Joseph, Lucien, Pierre, Antoine, Laetitia, Jeanne, Alexandrine and Constance.  He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He had three half-sisters named Charlotte, Victoire and Christine.  He died at the age of 19 on December 5th, 1827 in Nauplia, Greece.
