Constance was born on January 30th, 1823 in Bologna.  Constance's father was Lucien Bonaparte and her mother was Alexandrine Bleschamp.  Her paternal grandparents were Carlo Maria Buonaparte and Maria Laetitia Ramolino; her maternal grandparents are Charles Bleschamp and Philiberte Bouvet. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Charles Lucien, Joseph, Paul, Lucien, Pierre, Antoine, Laetitia, Jeanne and Alexandrine.  She was the youngest of the ten children. She had three half-sisters named Charlotte, Victoire and Christine.  She died at the age of 53 on September 5th, 1876 in Roma.
