He had nineteen brothers and three sisters, named Guttorm, Halfdan "the Black", Sigröd, Halfdan Hvide, Rörek, Siggtrygg, Frode, Thorgils, Björn, Ragnar Rykkil, Olaf, Sigurd Hrise, Halfdan, Gudröd Ljome, Ragnvald Rettilbein, Ring, Dag, Gudröd Skirja, Eirik I. "Blodöre", Alof Aarbod, Ingegerd and Ingeborg.  He died in 0960.
