Jan Václav was born in 1699.  Jan Václav's father was Arnošt Vilém Malovec z Chýnova and his mother is Marie Terezie Raèína, z.  His paternal grandfather was Pavel Malovec z Chýnova and his paternal grandmother is Marie Magdalena Hložková ze Žampachu. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Jan Petr, Václav Pøibík, František Jan Karel, Ferdinand Ignác, Jan, Jan Josef, Arnošt Vilém, Marie Alžbìta, Anna Magdalena, Barbora Kateøina, Eleonora, Terezie Františka and Josefa Antonie.  He died at the age of 21 in 1720.
