Jan Petr was born in 1689.  Jan Petr's father was Arnošt Vilém Malovec z Chýnova and his mother is Marie Terezie Raèína, z.  His paternal grandfather was Pavel Malovec z Chýnova and his paternal grandmother is Marie Magdalena Hložková ze Žampachu. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Václav Pøibík, František Jan Karel, Ferdinand Ignác, Jan Václav, Jan, Jan Josef, Arnošt Vilém, Marie Alžbìta, Anna Magdalena, Barbora Kateøina, Eleonora, Terezie Františka and Josefa Antonie.  He died at the age of 22 in 1711.
