František Václav Josef was born in 1714.  František Václav Josef's father was Václav Arnošt Maximilian Malovec z Chýnova and his mother is Maria Viktoria Franchimont de Franckenfeld.  His paternal grandfather was Jan Bohuslav Malovec z Chýnova and his paternal grandmother is Anna Markéta Hrobèická z Hrobèic. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named Jáchym Ferdinand, Jan Josef, Antonín Václav, Arnošt, Arnošt Jan Kašpar, Mikuláš Antonín Josef, Markéta, Anna Kateøina, Josefa Barbora, Marie Anna Františka, Anna Terezie, Magdalena and Walburga.  He died at the age of 48 in 1762.
