Brigid was born in 1865.  Brigid's father was Patrick Tracey and her mother was Honoria Gallagher.  Her paternal grandparents were Patrick Tracey and Bridget Keane. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Martin, John, Patrick, Andrew, Mary, Nell and Kate.  She was the third youngest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 63 in 1928.
