Borbála was born on November 2nd, 1885 in Aranyos and her christening took place there on November 3rd, 1885 conducted by minister Nyilas Alajos.1   Her godfather was Kovács András and her godmother was Székely Mária. Borbála's father was Mihály Baga (Raga ?) and her mother was Teréz Szomódi.  Her paternal grandparents were Mihály Baga and Sára Balog; her maternal grandparents were János Szomodi and Susanna Macsai. She had six brothers and eight sisters, named Mihály, Barnabás, László, Gyula, Flórián, Ferenc, Erzsébet, Terézia, Júlianna, Eszter, Mária, Zsuzsanna, Eszter and Piroska. She had a half-sister named Szomódi.  She died at the age of 5 in January 1891 in Gelej.2
