Albert (Duke of Clarence) 
Albert was born in 1864. Albert's father was Edward VII (King of the UK) and his mother was Alexandra of Denmark. His paternal grandparents were Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg & Gotha and Victoria (Queen of England); his maternal grandparents were Christian IX of Denmark and Louise of Hesse-Kassel. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George V, Alexander John, Louise, Victoria and Maud. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 28 in 1892.General Notes
