Polly Presho (Washburn)

Polly was born in 1764 in Raynham, Bristol MA.¹ Polly's father was James Presho and her mother was Anna Sampson (Presho). Her paternal grandfather was Peter Presho and her paternal grandmother is Abigail Jones (Presho); her maternal grandparents were Isaac Sampson and Elizabeth Hodges (Sampson). She had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Asa, Sampson, Isaac, Zadock, Hannah and Sally. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 85 on January 26th, 1849 in lancaster, ma.
