Asa Presho

Asa was born in 1761 in Raynham, Bristol MA. Asa's father was James Presho and his mother was Anna Sampson (Presho). His paternal grandfather was Peter Presho and his paternal grandmother is Abigail Jones (Presho); his maternal grandparents were Isaac Sampson and Elizabeth Hodges (Sampson). He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, Sampson, Isaac, Zadock, Hannah, Polly and Sally. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 65 on May 9th, 1826 in Lenox, MA.¹
