Emanuel Stocks

Emanuel was born in 1716 in Kirkheaton and his baptism took place there on June 24th, 1716.¹

Emanuel's father was Joshua Stocks and his mother was Elizabeth Bingley. He had a brother and two sisters, named Joshua, Mary and Mary.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 63 in 1779 in Gawthorpe.  He was buried on December 19th, 1778 in Kirkheaton.^1 1
