Rebeccah's father was Richard Sill and her mother was Elizabeth Audland. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Richard, Edward, Elizabeth, Alice, Sarah and Mary. She was the sixth oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 23 in October 1687 in Westmorland. Her burial was on October 23rd, 1687 in Westmorland.¹
