Kathleen was born on March 10th, 1920 in Atherton.1  Kathleen's father was Robert Seddon and her mother was Catherine Jones.  Her paternal grandparents were George Seddon and Sarah Jane Seddon. She had a brother and two sisters, named George, Janet and Joyce.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 76 in 1996 in Salford.2
