Thomas Mather

Thomas was born on July 6th, 1766 in Quarlton and his baptism took place on July 27th, 1766 in Blackburn.¹

Thomas' father was Joshua Mather and his mother was Margaret Fielden. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Joshua, Joshua, John, Mary, Sarah, Hannah, Margaret and Betty. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 63 in August 1829 in Walton-le-Dale. He was buried on August 23rd, 1829 in Walton-le-Dale.²
