In 1911, Annie was with her parents John and Elizabeth, Annie married Walter Woodward in 1907 and had John and Lilly Woodward (3 & 2) with her in 1911.
In 1912, John and Lily (4 & 3) travelled to Quebec, Canada to be met by their father. This is why he was missing on the 1911 census.
