Emma Mather

Emma was born in December 1844 in Bolton.¹

Birth Notes

Emma's father was James Mather and her mother was Alice Hartley. Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Betty Sutcliff. She had a brother and four sisters, named Wright, Hannah, Betsy, Mary and Alice. She was the second youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 1 in February 1846 in Bolton. She was buried on February 15th, 1846 at Bolton Holy Trinity.²¹
