Elizabeth Mather

Elizabeth was born on October 20th, 1851 in Burtonwood and her baptism took place there on December 1st, 1851.¹²

Elizabeth's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Mary Mather. Her paternal grandparents were William Mather and Martha Welch. She had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, John and Sarah. She was the oldest of the four known children. She had three half-brothers named Henry, William and Peter.
