There's somthing mixed up about John's family. Alice is missing her birth registration, and in 1862 there is a birth registered for Nancy who later appears as part of brother Wiliam's family.
In 1851, John (16) was with his father in Horwich.
Daughter Alice L Wright was registered in 1857, before John married Mary Ann Wright on 5 Sep 1857 at Horwich Chapel.
In 1861, John and Mary Ann (28 & 22) were at Horwich with two daughters; Alice (3) and Elizabeth Ann (1).
In 1871, Mary Ann Longworth (32) and her four daughters were visiting her parents Owen and Ellenor Wright at Horwich. John (38, Married, a Calco Printer finisher) was lodging in Levenshulme with Nathaniel and Margery Bradshaw.
In 1881, John and Mary Ann Longworth (49 & 42) were in Bridgeton, Glasgow Barony, Lanarkshire with Alice W (23), Eliza Ann (21) and Eleanor (10)
