Thomas Lea

Thomas was born in December 1871 in Harthill.

Thomas' father was Thomas Lea and his mother was Elizabeth Brereton. His paternal grandparents were William Lea and Jane Stubbs; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Brereton and Martha Hughes. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, Charles, John, William, Arthur, Jane, Sarah and Emily. He was the sixth oldest of the nine children. He died at 3 months old in March 1872 in Chester.¹
