    In Q4/1860 there was a marriage of a Margaret Hopley to William Barnes at Malpas, but this is probably another.
    
    In 1861, Margaret Hopley (27, Serv, single) was a House Maid for George and Jane Brassy, farmer of 360 acres at Cuddington.  Her mother Rebecca (55) and sister Mary (10) were neighbours.
