Catherine Hodgkinson

Catherine was born in 1872 in Harthill.¹

Birth Notes
- Only Catherine was born at Harthill. The rest of the family were born at Burwardsley, Cheshire.

Catherine's father was Edward Hodgkinson and her mother was Ann Brereton. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Brereton and Catherine Rushton. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Frederick, Walter, Thomas, Edward, Joseph, William, Richard, Mary, Elizabeth and Lydia. She was the oldest of the eleven children.
