David was born on November 8th, 1914 in Neston.¹

Birth Notes

David's father was David Ellis and his mother was Henena Swanwick. His paternal grandparents were John Ellis and Winifred Jane Oxton. He had three sisters named Helena, May and Winifred. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 62 in July 1977 in Birkenhead.²
