John Crosland

John was born in 1824 in Golcar.¹

- Aged 17 in 1841, abode Haighouse Hill (near Lindley and Salendine Nook), Golcar

John's father was Charles Crosland and his mother was Mary Ainley. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Crosland and Mary Kinder. He had a sister named Martha. He was the younger of the two children.
