Mary was born in February 1882 in Wrexham and her baptism took place there on February 22nd, 1882.¹

Birth Notes

Mary's father was Aldred Barker and her mother was Rose (Rosanna) Anna Evans. Her maternal grandparents were John Evans (Whitall) and Elizabeth Eddowes. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John, James, Noel, Ben, Charles, Amelia, Elizabeth and Rosanna. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 1 in June 1883 in Wrexham.²
