Elsie was born about 1926 in Illinois.1   Elsie's father was William F. Sievers and her mother was Clara W Hering.  Her paternal grandparents were Sievers and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Hering and <Unknown>. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Otto, Adolph, William, Laura and Erna.  She died before 2008.2
