Thelma Hooberry

Thelma was born on July 26th, 1906 in Tennessee.¹ Thelma's father was Jacob Monroe Hooberry and her mother was Catherine Friedericke Trauernicht. Her maternal grandparents were Wilhelm (Henry) Carl Trauernicht and Catherine Bersche. She had two brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Ben, Monroe, Ethel, Hooberry and Infant. She died at the age of 86 on September 10th, 1992 in Tennessee. The funeral took place on September 14th, 1992 at Cathedral of the Incarnation, Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. She was buried at the Calvary Cemetery, Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.¹¹

Winter, Jr.; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren; brother, Ben C. Hooberry all of Nashville. Services will be 10 a.m., Monday, September 14, 1992 at the Cathedral of the Incarnation, Father Patrick J. Kibby officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, 2-8 p.m. and Sunday after 12 noon. Rosary at 7:30 p.m., Sunday at Roesch Patton Austin Bracey and Charlton Funeral Home, 209 Louise Avenue. Pallbearers: William David Sandler, Michael J. Sandler, William H. Bardill, Jr., John Patrick Bardill, Joseph C. Bardill, Daniel P. Bardill and John A. Gupton IV. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Cecilia.
