William Isaac was born on February 16th, 1851 in Shelby County, Alabama, USA.1   William Isaac's father was William Issac Howard and his mother was Lucinda Goss.  His paternal grandfather is William Howard. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named James Washington, Alex, Mary Ann, Lucy Ann "Babe", Amanda, Julia, Nancy, Susan and Tabitha.  He died at the age of 64 on April 1st, 1915 in Falkville, Morgan, Alabama, USA.  He was buried in Ebenezer Cemetery.2
