Margaret Ann "Maggie" was born on August 1st, 1838 in Monroe County, Indiana, USA.1 Margaret Ann "Maggie"'s father was Jonathan Jefferson Hinkle and her mother was Catharine Lentz. Her paternal grandfather was Anthony Hinkle and her paternal grandmother is Barbary (Barbara) Seitz. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William Jefferson, Isaac W, Jonathan M, John Henry, James, Delilah, Elizabeth, Mary and Catherine. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 78 on April 30th, 1917 in Bloomington, Monroe, Indiana, USA. She was buried in Rose Hill Cemetery.-
