Sh Rodhiah's father was Sy Ishak and her mother was Tuan Mahani.  Her paternal grandfather was Sy Ahmad; her maternal grandparents were Sy Omar  and Sh Endut (Tuan Endut).  She had five brothers and four sisters, named Sy Ahmad Jamalulail, Sy Idrus, Sy Hussein, Sy Hasni, Sy Yusof, Sh Salmah, Sh Zainab, Sh Hasmah and Sh Sepiah.
