Sh Natrah's father is Sy Nashar (Shahar) and her mother is Sh Nor Azizah.  Her paternal grandparents were Shohor Alhabsi and Sh Rokiah (Sh Kintan); her maternal grandparents were Sy Abdullah (Busu) and Sh Esah.  She has a brother named Sy Ali.  She has four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Sy Taufik, Sy Putera, Sy Nasir, Sy Nur Saifudin, Sh Nur Shikin, Sh Sayang, Sh Intan, Sh Nurul and Sh Nurlela Balkis.
