Philip Stapleton

Philip was born in 1860 and his baptism took place on June 26th, 1860 in Gortnahoe.  Philip's father was William Stapleton and his mother was Margaret Nowlan.  His paternal grandparents were Patrick Stapleton and Bridget Dunne; his maternal grandparents were Richard Nowlan and J Butler??. He had a brother and three sisters, named Patrick, Margaret, Bridget and Mary.  He was the oldest of the five children.
