Maria Alicia Murray

Maria was born on July 27th, 1899 in Blackrock and her baptism took place there on March 9th, 1899.  Her godmother was Maria Byrne.  Maria's father was Michael Murray and her mother was Alice (Dolly) Williams.  Her paternal grandparents were William(Gulielmo) Murray and Bridget(Brigida) Carthy; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Williams and Mary Hand. She had a brother and a sister, named William and Brigitta.  She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-sister named Alice.
