Mary Gason 
Mary was born in 1885 in Crook, Co Durham.. Mary's father was Michael Gason and her mother was Julia Murphy. Her paternal grandparents were John Gason and Ellen Power; her maternal grandparents were William Murphy and Bridget Barrott. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Peter, James, Edward, Michael, Bridget and Ellen. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 51 on December 21st, 1936 in Gateshead, Co Durham..-
