Aaltje Eizes was born on December 27th, 1781 in Beets and her baptism took place on January 7th, 1782. Aaltje Eizes' father was Eize Davids Meijer and her mother was Grietje Gerrits. Her paternal grandparents were Davids Broers Eizinga and Hiltje Eises; her maternal grandparents were Gerrit Ritskes and Grietje Jans. She had a sister named Grietje Eizes. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 66 on January 17th, 1848 in Opsterland.-
