Alan was born on May 8th, 1903.  Alan's father was William (Narth) Nathaniel  Heath and his mother was Mary Buckler.  His paternal grandparents are George Heath and Matilda Oliver Stephens; his maternal grandparents were Josiah Buckler and Mary Allender. He had five brothers and a sister, named Ivor , Alec, Ted, Griffith, George and Mary.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 62 on August 9th, 1965.
