William Webber 
William was born in 1849. William's father was Samuel Webber and his mother was Harriet Fraunces Pursey. His paternal grandparents were William Webber and Mary; his maternal grandparents were Richard Percy of Deer Park, Devon and Harriet Fraunceis "Louisa" Griffith. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, Ophelia, Richard, Mary and Harriet. He was the second oldest of the six children.General Notes
