William was born in March 1706 and his baptism took place on March 10th, 1707 in Combe Florey, Somerset.  William's father was William Fraunceis and his mother was Phillippa Prowse.  His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Fraunceis and <Unknown>. He had two brothers named John and Thomas.  He died at the age of 33 on March 31st, 1739.
