Alexander MacArthur

Alexander was born in 1721.  Alexander's father was John MacArthur and his mother was Katrine Anderson.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 76 in 1797.  He was buried in Plymouth, England.

• General Notes

  Alexander Macarthur, had fought for Prince Charles Edward in 1745 (along with his father and 6 brothers - at least one of whom was killed in the battle), and after Cullodon had fled to the West Indies. Some years later he returned to England and established a business at Plymouth.
