Charles was born in 1747 in Grimoldby, Lincoln, England and his christening took place there on April 26th, 1747.  Charles' father was John Rack and his mother was Elizabeth West. He had two sisters named Anne and Elizabeth Rack.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 1 in 1748 in Grimoldby, Lincoln, England.  He was buried on June 29th, 1748 in Grimoldby, Lincoln, England.
