Anne was born in 1745 in Grimoldby, Lincoln, England and her christening took place there in September 1745.  Anne's father was John Rack and her mother was Elizabeth West. She had a brother and a sister, named Charles and Elizabeth Rack.  She was the oldest of the three children.
