Mr Charles Robert George Macleod

Charles was born on September 27th, 1839 in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India and his baptism took place there on June 28th, 1840. Charles' father was Mr James Macleod and his mother was Mrs Sarah Jane Mudie. His paternal grandparents were Mr NK NK and Mrs NK NK; his maternal grandparents were Mr John Mudie and Mrs Maria Stack ?. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named James, Henry, William, Edmond, George, Edwin, Evelyn, Jemima, Emmelina, Arabella, Leonora and Charliana. He was the second oldest of the thirteen children. He had two half-sisters named Sophia and Ellen.
